When will I receive my order?
We prepare most orders within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, deliveries within Australia usually take between 4–11 business days. In total, your package should arrive within 5–13 business days from the moment you place your order.
What is the cut-off time for same-day processing?
Orders completed before 5 PM AEST are handled the same business day.
Orders placed after 5 PM AEST will be processed the following business day.
The estimated delivery time has passed — where is my order?
Although most parcels arrive on schedule, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. If your package has not arrived within 3 extra business days past the expected date, please send us a message at support@velanofashion.com so we can investigate it for you.

Velano Fashion offers free standard shipping on all Australian orders.

Part of my order is missing — what happened?
Some larger or mixed orders are shipped in separate parcels. If one item arrives earlier, the remaining items are usually delivered 2–4 business days later. You will receive each parcel as soon as it becomes available through our logistics partners.
What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@velanofashion.com with clear photos of the issue.
Please wait for our instructions before returning anything, as we need the photos to arrange the correct solution.
I ordered the wrong item, size, or changed my mind — what now?
If you selected the wrong product or size, reach out to us at support@velanofashion.com.
We’ll walk you through the next steps. If an exchange isn’t possible, you’ll only need to cover the return shipping costs.
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and still in their original condition. For assistance, contact us at support@velanofashion.com.
